Shopping Guide ご購入に関する注意事項

Our made-to-order system takes between 1~2 months for your item to be ready to send. We have to wait to receive the finished product from our sewing factory partner before quality checking and packaging which adds a little more time to the process.

Payment by credit card and PayPal for international orders. Shipping is done by e-packet (airmail with a small parcel) or EMS. Both services have similar shipping time and provide a tracking number; however, e-packet does not provide a guarantee for lost parcels.

Please expect slower responses during weekends.

ご注文の商品のお届けは、お支払い完了後から1〜2ヶ月頂きます。全ての商品は、裁断から行います。自社工場での縫製では無い為、納品後に検品や梱包といった作業などにも時間がかかります。

納期のご指定はお受け出来かねます。お急ぎの場合は、1〜2ヶ月をご検討頂きお早めにご購入をお願い致します。
また、確実なお届け日程をお伝えする事は出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

  • Q.どのぐらいで仕上がりますか？
    A.お支払い完了後から1〜2ヶ月頂きます。オーダーメイドにてご注文を頂いた後に裁断からとりかかります。自社工場ではなく委託しているため、検品や納品に時間がかかります。その為、確実な日程はお伝えが出来ません。ご了承の上ご注文下さいませ。
  • Q.注文方法が分かりません。
    A.商品ページ内にカスタムボタンがございます。サイズ、色などご指定が出来ますので、カスタムボタンからご選択頂きカートへ入れて下さい。
  • Q.返品交換はできますか？
    A.不良品や商品間違いなどの場合は7日以内にご連絡頂き、ご返金、作成し直しなどのご対応をさせて頂きます。それ以外のお客様が都合によるご返品が交換等は、大変申し訳ございませんがお受け出来ません。オーダーメイド商品はお客様のご希望通りに作成する為、ご注文前は良くご確認頂きますようお願い致します。
  • Q.How many days until I receive my order?
    A.It can take between 1~2 months until we are ready to send. All products are made-to-order, and our sewing factory partner is a separate company. Therefore, we have to do a quality check and packaging after we have received the finished product. Unfortunately, this takes a little more time than shops with their own sewing factory.
  • Q.Can you accept returns and provide exchanges?
    A.We accept returns and provide exchanges only for defective products or in the case of receiving products different to your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund your purchase or remake the product. Our products are made-to-order according to the customer’s requests; therefore, we cannot accept requests for return and exchange after the payment process is complete. Please consider all of the details for your order before making the payment.
